AB8 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and obligations that apply when you access and use the AB8 online gaming platform at ab8.pro. AB8 is an online gaming platform designed for players in the Philippines, offering sports betting, slots, live casino, and eBingo.

Please read these Terms fully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or continue using AB8. Your continued use of the platform after registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may only hold one account on AB8. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If we discover multiple accounts registered by the same person, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information during registration — including your name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for account suspension and cancellation of any winnings.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

AB8 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This is a one-time process commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer). You will be asked to provide:

• Proof that the payment method you use is registered in your name.
• Any additional documents we may reasonably request to confirm your identity or the source of your funds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your account has been fully verified. AB8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AB8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. Supported payment methods include local e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), Philippine bank transfers, and online banking through local banks.

Deposits

Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account used for payment belongs to another person — are not accepted and may result in funds being returned and your account being reviewed. Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your AB8 account. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfers may take one to three banking days.

AB8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may be suspended during active reviews.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on AB8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. General rules that apply across all game categories include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. AB8 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets.
• All game outcomes are determined by the applicable game engine, draw results, or sporting event result — not by AB8 directly.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that materially affects a game outcome, AB8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies to place bets at incorrect odds is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Sports Betting

AB8's sports betting section covers markets including basketball (PBA and NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, and esports, alongside international fixtures. Odds are set by AB8 and may change before an event begins. Live betting odds may update in real time. Once a bet is placed and accepted at a given price, that price is locked.

Slots

All slot games on AB8 use certified random number generators (RNG). Each spin is an independent event — previous results have no bearing on future outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates reflect theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of returns on any individual session.

Live Casino

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, exploits, or collusion.

• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

AB8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if a player is found to have violated these Terms, if account activity raises compliance concerns, or if we are required to do so under applicable law.

In the event of account suspension pending investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals will be paused until the review is complete. Where an investigation confirms a violation, AB8 may withhold balances in accordance with applicable rules.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the AB8 platform — including but not limited to the AB8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of AB8 or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB8 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, network outages, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Errors in game results caused by third-party game providers, subject to our correction process.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits AB8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
